In one way, Fox News makes me laugh. In another, it makes me climb the wall !

It sadly contributes to the bad image the US have in the eye of many all around the world.

I know the rules are not exactly the same, but I still can't figure how such TV channel is allowed.

Here, they wouldn't get a license, and if by any bad luck they got one, they would have lost it; almost day one !

TV channels here are not allowed to share lies. Yet, we still are living in a free world.

8. Many years ago, they looked at Germany, as Europe's biggest market

Their inquiry fizzled, stopped cold by strict German laws forbidding anything resembling Nazi-style propaganda, especially in their media. Fox couldn't get a license to spread their poison on the air here any more than they could get a license to spread cyanide in the water supply.

that as long as you lie about what you are, it's OK to lie about what you are. ("It's not news, it's entertainment!" - "Fox News Channel." ) Rinse and repeat. If it was broadcast, it would be illegal. There's no legal requirement to be truthful on cable, or to exhibit any sense of shame.
