Ol' Mitty Romney said he is a "bigger" hawk on immigration than Trump! Given that Trump is afraid of hawks, Mitt is still full of himself as is Trump!
There also has to be a joke there somewhere?

They probably still want to set up Deseret.
Not sure how they would handle all of the Hispanics and Native Americans there, but back then (1849) slavery was still legal.

(4,429 posts)that I know are very interested in being inclusive. FWIW, I think they were mostly democrats (most of my connections were with mormon pockets in other states -not Utah, which still leans a lot right! Anyway, they were mostly in FL).

Like so many of us with immigrant ancestors, Romney prefers to believe that his family has "been here all along!"
In fact, the far more liberal immigration policies of the past they benefited us personally, but they also benefited the United States.
