More states will join the suit. 2018 and 2020 are important at state level for Dems so they can drive map redistributing in more states.

Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico all have significant residents who may be undocumented. If you’re undocumented, you’re unlikely to fill out the census, which means that children who may be citizens will also be uncounted. These states will lose federal funds and may even lose House seats.

8. The Constitution doesn't "require" it. But the question is, does the law "allow" it?

I'm sure the legal people are on top of this. There have been several S.Ct. cases dealing with districting, gerrymandering, one person-one vote, whether districts are of eligible voters or just residents, etc.

and my hero. Had my problems with him when he was AG, but never doubted his integrety. He's fighting for us.
