He's SURGING!
Could he be the ONE?
Right now (on "Now With Alex Wagner" they're talking about how he's gonna come under "Scrutiny" and "Hammering."

(33,497 posts)Mittens running third. That would be a big set back for him.

(31,706 posts)That's gonna hurt him tomorrow night. Those with the best organization do best at the caucuses when you have to get all your people in one place at one time. The Paulbots are the most energized right now...thus why I see him winning tomorrow night. Frothy could finish second as the fundies choice but he doesn't have much organization. This could be crucial as caucus goers can and do change their minds and votes at the last moment if they see their candidate isn't going to make it.
You could very well see Mittens finish a distant third...maybe even behind Parry. My hope is Mittens also gets pestered in the Paulbots in New Hampshire (keeping him under 50%) and then some "great white hope"...maybe Gnewt or Frothy in South Carolina...turning it into a three way battle...and it could stay that way to the convention. Paulbots doing well in the West, Mittens in the East and Midwest and the anti-Mitt in the South...

Watching the "experts" like halperin, et al, self importantly talk about all the different scenarios in the caucus outcome was like watching paint dry. Interminable. Click.

(1,068 posts)The schedule: Get Romney to have trouble in the early primaries. Support Ron Paul as much as possible. Romney WILL pick up more primaries later on, but Ron Paul will be energized enough to keep going.
Finally, once it looks as if the Mittster has the nominatino locked up, we support Ron Paul to run as a third party candidate.
If we can get Ron Paul to run 3rd party, we split the fascist vote between the two, and Obama can win even with as little as 38% of the popular vote. Then, no matter HOW fascist Congress goes, Obama will be able to Executive-Order federal laws for four years, ensuring that we make republicanism irrelevant from now on.
The KEY is getting Ron Paul as popular as possible in the early stages. That's why the orders on the ground for OWS in Iowa is to hit the Romney and Santorum camps hard, but leave Ron Paul alone for now.
Folds this is FARGIN WAR! We must keep Obama as president any legal way possible.
