They dont know, he said. He said they dont know yet whether Mr. Trump was a party to this agreement. How do you now know whether youre a party to an agreement unless youre just trying to to make it up as you go along.

(8,686 posts)If trump isnt a party to the agreement than how is she bound to anything? Nothing that trump touches can avoid being a shitshow.
What was that blank signature line with trumps pseudonym under it?
Is a pseudonym legally binding on a contract anyway?
Why doesnt it bother any of these trump cultist that trump was signing a contract with a porn star 11 days before the election??
We went from a candidate losing their partys nomination for cheering awkwardly into a microphone to one that won the WH despite this, among many things, including saying he would grab women by the pussy and saying utterly creepy things about his daughter. We are are world of extremes.

(16,254 posts)I suppose that since lawyers for Trump are nearly impossible to find, it may save Cohen's job. If he was my lawyer, he would have been gone a couple comments ago. What a dunce.

(9,670 posts)Just like their chief mouthpiece, Sarah Sanders, it's all spin and lies and obfuscations and accusations and dissembling and deflection and red herrings and ad hominem and straw man and inflation and evasion and post hoc and false analogy and oversimplification and equivocation and non sequitur.
They employ every single fallacy in argumentation known to mankind throughout the ages.
Luckily, a court of law is not the place to play these games. They're all going down.
