Trump Voters Are Like Welfare Clients I Used To Work With. Let Me Explain.

I worked a welfare to work program from 1975 until 1982. I was called the Work Incentive Program or WIN. It was a very good welfare to work program. We had a lot of resources to get welfare clients into the work force. Over all it was a very successful program until Reagan & the GOP eventually killed it. And Clinton really ruined things wit TANF = Temporary Assistance To Needy Families.

Looking back to that time one of the most outstanding things about clients I worked with was the following. Many welfare clients were FAILURE EXPERTS. In too many cases no matter how much help we gave or how much counseling we did WELFARE CLIENTS WERE EXPERTS AT MAKING BAD DECISIONS. And too many were clueless about how they go to where they were.

They were good persona saboteurs of their own lives and situations. Now we had many successes, but these failures were the ones that haunted you and just left you dumbfounded. Fortunately there were a lot of clients I worked with who really were able to become self sufficient with our help.

Trump voters and a good many Republicans who are in misery are just like some of these clients I used to work with. They are clueless about how they ended up where they are. And they seem to be determined to continue their misery by making bad voting decisions that keep politicians in power who do them harm.

When I see Roseanne the program is a celebration of their dysfunction. The portray the same kind of cluelessness that has led to Trump and GOP power. These Trumpers will forever remain in their morass as long as they deny reality.

Trump and the GOP will never deliver. They will just be buried deeper.

Are coal-miners. They can't see that they're constantly screwed over by their bosses as well as the politicians who claim they support them. They think they should get special treatment because they say their jobs are part of what makes America great. They can't accept the reality of the present or the future, and they refuse to consider making any changes in their lives because someday, somehow, "the good ol' days," will return.

The big difference is that he was fortunate enough to have a rich father.
