Catastrophic Projectile Removal/Resuscitation (per froth boy santorum)

Can some one tell me when Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation became dealing with bullet wounds? pretty sure we did not cover that when I was first certified??

Since Santorum has such a medieval "moral" system (such as it is), perhaps he should look into that...
