If McCabe keeps raising money this fast, he should probably run for something. Trying to raise $150k -- hit over $100k within three hours.

But I think that we need a functioning opposition, not the a$$hol-ish ilk of the current R party....somebody's gonna have to do it, so why not some who have been subjected to their hyper-partisan BS?

and that is what probably got him fired. He was trying to do right by the law and American people and not lie and distort for Trump. His loyalty was not with Trump but to the law he was hired to uphold. That isn't a good Trump toady.

Trump took both his job and his pension, so he has no source of income. Surely, you already knew that, so why criticise the folks who are supporting his legal defense fund?

It is good he has a war chest. It does appear that normal process in this matter was not followed. It would be interesting to see if the IG was unduly pressured.

Why would you think he's a millionaire? A senior agent with a GS-15 makes about $130,000 a year. That is toward the end of their career. That doesn't make you a millionaire several times over, not even once.

At the bottom of the gofundme page he writes the money will only be used for legal fees and anything left over will be given to charity. He does seem like an honorable man.
