(12,344 posts)People who say he can't are missing the forest for the trees. They are looking at various legal opinions and wordings of documents, which are, in my view irrelevant, but not at what the founders actually intended and we all were taught - nobody is in fact above the law.

In a plutocratic dictatorship the wealthy and powerful are immune from prosecution.
