Those of you who are crackerjack researchers...

There should be a way to look up how the medical records of Obama, Bush, Clinton, et al, were transferred from private doctors (if they were) to a government office. I'm not up to speed with the ins and outs, but I would love to see SHS called out on her "standard operating procedure" comment.

I would also love to see a real reporter do a piece on this -- assuming, of corse, that there's a story there.

Then they burned it all down for good measure.

Standard operating procedure.

standard medical release form which was mailed to their last doctor. They copied off the patient's chart and mailed the documents back to us to be put into his new chart. It was a simple, straight forward process, even when a power of attorney was needed we provided a copy of that legal authority with the release and it was done.

Without the proper authorization, the patient's records would not have been released, and that's was the "standard procedure"in every place I worked.

They release a copy of it to whoever you ask them to release it to. Guess Twitler didn't want his doc to keep the original. Wonder what was in it?

You give a written request to your doctor's office telling them to send all your records to another doctor. Any other method is illegal.
