I hope Dr. Bornstein has a good explanation, because his failure to safeguard patient records is a serious HIPAA breach. If I were one of his patients, I'd be talking with an attorney right about now.

I'm sure he realized that tRump's and his thugs would make his life a living (hopefully living) hell thereafter and just decided to fuhgeddaboutit. I'm wondering why he felt the need to make this public now? Or maybe he just thought, in light of everything else that's surfacing about Twitler, he'd probably be okay.
