Who's taking odds?

Who's taking odds on how long Emmett Flood will last. He certainly looks the part of "very important lawyer," and from what I've read he's a good lawyer. Why on earth he would accept this gig is a mystery. Among other things, I hope he gets paid up front and that he has some sort of "reputation insurance" plan ready for deployment.

That said, any guesses how long he'll last?

Does he have Ty Cobb staying power or Joe DiGenova skulking off power?

So, that shouldn't be a big surprise.

Maybe he thinks he will stand out and shine over the others which will be a big plus to his career. He's probably had lying clients before, but they can't compare to Trump who lies every other heartbeat.

I give him 10 days tops.

He's either going to glow or flop.

Same way Cobb was.
Which means there will be ZERO client/attorney privilege.

We know that Trump likes a revolving door of lawyers. We know he hates to pay them personally. And that he thinks of the entire Gov. as "mine".."my Army" "my Generals"

So he stuck Cobb and I think another lawyer onto the taxpayer tab, ignored their job description and pesky rules that say they are White House Counsels, and he uses them as his personal attorney.

even tho there is no confidentiality.

Crazyland just gained another pit for them to fall into.
