The U.S. Capitol building already has a “Congressional Prayer Room” (with a stained glass window) set aside as a private and quiet place for Congressmen to pray. They can also pray in their offices, or anywhere else, whenever they want and to whatever deity they choose.

The taxpayers pay for People's House as a facility for their elected officials to conduct the functions of government. It's not a church or a pulpit that one predominant religious sect can take advantage of to proselytize their dogma.
