Please do not post ANY OLYMPIC SPOILERS in LBN even if you have spoilers in the title

Once again another spoiler on the DU home page and although the poster meant well by putting *SPOILER* in the title - the post got picked up on the DU home page and I was able to read the first 2 sentences of the information posted inside of the post. Take a look at the DU home page - All new posts in LBN end up on the right hand column and it includes the first 2 sentences of the post. That means even with spoiler in the title the event was spoiled anyways.

So please stop posting ANY OLYMPIC SPOILERS!!!

Skinner - can we have a forum for Olympic spoilers where the posts won't show up on the DU homepage?

Once again my night is ruined

I don't think it occurred to them that the thread would be read on the front page. I am not enamored either but I don't think the poster should be punished.

I'm old, widowed and don't have a life, worse have always loved the Olympics-so its my whole agenda for a while. If I sit through water polo, you know I've no life.

THANKS LynneSin, CNN did the same thing last evening, so ended up reading a James Patterson I hadn't read instead of watching-as usual Patterson had me by page 10, and about 6:45 a.m. finally couldn't stay awake to finish the last two chapters. Sigh.
