It is not going to happen. Somehow I seriously doubt that she's even remotely interested in the position.

And every single time this idea (Hillary Clinton for Speaker of the House) is floated, it's with the assumption that Trump and Pence will both be removed from office so quickly that a new VP won't be confirmed and that the Speaker will necessarily become President. It won't happen. It would take the Republicans twenty minutes or less to fill a vacant VP slot, so don't even waste one more iota of your brain considering this.

the first non-member of Congress who popped into my head (along with a big grin) was Joe Biden!!! Yes!! I can certainly see it. I don't think he could win a general election (voter suppression, Russian intervention, deplorables, youth demographics), but I can envision Biden managing the flow of bills and the management of taxes through the House. We would still have the benefit of his determination and wisdom.
