American Family Association's wingnutty director talks secession if Obama re-elected

Why do conservatives hate America so much?

----
For months now, the good folks over at the American Family Association have been peddling conspiracy theories alleging that the Department of Homeland Security is stockpiling ammunition and turning into President Obama's private Brownshirt army with the intention of waging civil war on Americans.

The topic again popped up on Bryan Fischer's radio program yesterday when a caller told Fischer that when martial law is implemented, the AFA would be more than welcome to seek protection in Texas, which prompted Fischer to warn that DHS had riot gear and nearly a half-billion rounds of ammunition on hand that "they're going to use ... on Americans" and declare that if Obama is re-elected, "you're going to hear some serious talk about secession in any number of places around America":

By that logic there are people at NPR who should be charged for doing this story on what an independent Texas would be like:

http://www.npr.org/2012/03/30/149094135/lone-star-state-of-mind-could-texas-go-it-alone

What you're advocating is unconstitutional authoritarianism. It's not a crime to make nutty comments about what people might talk about in the future.

Lots of real good Democrats in that state would be more than willing to make certain that Secessionist Scum get a traitor's just due.

And then build that electrified border fence they want so much. I'd say good riddance and don't let the door hit ya on the way out.

and riot gear when you've got thousands of M1 Abrams tanks and more fighters, bombers and drones than you could shake a stick at.

Secession nutjobs along with sovereign citizen wackos just don't live in the real world. They vastly overestimate not only their own importance but really lose it when they talk about what kind of power they have.

Seriously. I, for one, am 100% ready to let the RW freaks fly their flag in their own little Hate Hamlet. Let'em have a few States then wall'em off. We would of course be obligated to offer sanctuary to those future citizens who want out of the hell hole.

That seems where we're headed if you listen to the divisive, hateful rhetoric they are spewing on a daily basis. They won't admit it but if you look at how many times dipshits like Fischer use these secretive code words and a wink, wink, nudge nudge type attitude - they're getting scarier and scarier, and they won't rest until someone gets killed. Repeatedly.
