Did Giuliani just reveal something or is he rambling?

On Fox, Giuliani says the case in the Southern District of New York should be dismissed as to Trump. This makes no sense since there’s no indicted case yet & no indication Trump is a target of the investigation. Did Giuliani just reveal something or is he rambling?

But he obviously isn't "up to speed" because Trump isn't a party in the SDNY case, and therefore can't be dismissed from it.

to build a crafty defense: I think there is always the shadow of "what really happened" every time they speak. In their sociopathic minds, their argument gains credibility when it includes some truthful elements, while concealing the damning details.

Now, that doesn't provide a clear, straight line for us, the outsiders, to use to divine the actual details and timelines, but, every time they speak around a topic, you can probably assume the worst possible scenarios are closer to the truth than others.

I also think that innocent people don't discuss things they're not guilty of.

But of course, that's my own opinion and bias.

Eventually, the picture becomes crystal clear in spite of their denials.
