CNN: So far 20 Democrats have voted for the Bush Have Mores© Tax Cuts

Basically all of the Republicans voted "yes" and I believe 6 of them voted "nay." Vote in progress. CNN said "This one isn't going anywhere."

Obama's proposal was already to the right of Nixon and Clinton. The sad thing about American politics isn't that Republicans have gone off the deep end. It's that Democrats have followed them to the right. Why is Barney Frank saying hedge fund managers should pay 15% tax on $1 billion per year? Pelosi saying taxes shouldn't go up until $1M?
