One obtains clear unambiguous evidence of consent.
One does not expect to rely on I beat them up and they needed medical treatment, but they wanted it.

And so did Schneiderman by stepping down. Of course, he could have just NOT been abusive to women too.
How the hell do you compartmentalize that sort of stuff when you are a prosecutor? I don't understand. There must be some sort of mental disconnect going on.
