She hasn't practiced law in decades; she has no experience as a prosecutor; and she probably doesn't even have a current NY law license, since she didn't have any reason to get one upon moving to NY.

criminal law.
But I agree that Bharara would be an excellent choice -- if he was willing to leave his cushy faculty job.
