The entire GOP is compromised

Mike Levin

@MikeLevinCA
Why isn’t it a bigger deal that Michael Cohen was the deputy finance chair of the Republican National Committee while he was being paid by Russian oligarchs and big corporations? This is on the whole Republican Party.

Confirmation's door cracking and something will throw it open widely. And surprise surprise, it ain't Mueller yet but a porn star and her attorney that might crack it wide open.

Go figure. And I assume, Nunes and the three stooges can't touch that.

29. Why?
Wed May 9, 2018, 11:33 AM
May 2018

Because during all those elections when the country moved right and voted repub, the repubs were busy taking over everything. repubs control the media (tv & radio) and the government. So repubs control the message 24/7. Folks who complain about the Dems, do not realize just how much control the repubs have. Get Dem electoral wins and see how things will be on the road for change. It won't happen overnight. We got in this mess going back decades.

And what happens? Half of them are responding not by being mad as hell about the Republicans but instead twisting it into defeatist complaints about Democrats.

I suggest those people go complain in front of a mirror. Republicans don't behave like this. Right wing radio works because its listeners are eager to soak it up, grab forks and go after Democrats.

On our side, though, Democratic messages only make this type go deaf and start jabbing forks at themselves.

And left-wing radio usually fails. Those who listen to radio at all tend to like their information honest and objective, which is why carefully factual, informative NPR is where most liberals who tune in go.

Except of course the types drawn to RT and RT-type venues, where psych op warriors sing exactly the same kind of defeatist complaints about Democrats being chorused here.

Our messengers are hard at work and always have been. The failure is in a kind of recipient you just don't see on the right, or on the left listening to NPR while they slice veggies for dinner either.

1) Are you aware of how clubby that notion of "get used to it" is to a Democrat and born-in-the-wool progressive? It's not kindly, inclusive and movement building.

2) Does (K)angaroo & (R)abbit bestow digital spells above and beyond just writing "great comment" or "Nice! Thank you!"

3) Please don't take offense at my humor. Much about this forum is quite wonderful and other elements seem like it needs a good rabbit. No organization can survive without jesters poking around the edges and taking the air out of its pretenses.

why on the whole GOP is silent on Trump....they know there's a plan to get them out of this.

This is not just about D vs R in America. The world's oligarchs and crime families are exerting their power in this and trillions are on the line. And for the first time, one of their own is president of the most powerful, richest country in the world.

What if WWIII is not a war between countries but a legal and media war between a few hundred families and corporations (that own most of the world's wealth) and the rest of us? More than half of the world's biggest economies is not countries, it's corporations.

Remember that trump has thousands of LLCs. So these kinds of transfers could be happening in thousands of these shell companies.

And it now seems likely that the primary reason that trump would not release his returns is because they would show that he didn't have the cash to make all those cash purchases from 2011 onward. Money "magically" appeared.

This should be on the front pages everywhere.

And yet, he'll polls will remain at 39%. Talk about a cult! He could start clubbing people to death in the oval office, a la mobsters and dictators, and absolutely nothing will change in that 39% following. How do you deprogram 60 million Americans?

We need to get everyone to VOTE!

I even taught my former first graders to vote and they loved it. We did it all the time with THEIR issues. They used privacy boards and anonymous ballots (blank slips of paper) and they were tallied by them in front of the class. This taught civics, math and reading/writing. I really gave them The I VOTED stickers that the people volunteering at the polls in the school library gave to me when I would take the kids there for a "field trip" as a mini lesson. They were printed in 4 languages too.

I think the next Avenatti revelation will be solid gold. We know where some of the money came from. Soon, we will see incontrovertible evidence that funds were funneled from Cohen's slush fund to the Trump organization AND to the RNC.

That's only the tip of the iceberg. The NRA had a hand in this as well.

This conspiracy encompasses everyone from Trump down.

Does anyone, including Mueller, have the stomach to release the truth to the American people?
