Facing the White House press following an aide making a “joke” about Arizona Sen. John McCain “dying,” spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders refused to address or condemn the comment, saying she “would not get into it,” and dismissing it as a leak.
Asked whether White House aide Kelly Sadler “still has a job,” Sanders replied, “I’m not going to comment on an internal staff meeting.”
Pressed again whether the White House believes the remark should be condemned, Sanders was dismissive, stating, “I’m not going to validate a leak one way or the other.”

I vaguely recall talk about Arkansas politics while doing service work in paper mills down in the southern parts of that state, back in the 90s. There was an old country store where politicians gathered to offer up their lines of bullshit every election - maybe in Crossett, El Dorado or Camden. My impression was that their whole system was crooked as a dog's hind leg.
I suspect that Huckabuck is one of the worst of the modern charlatan so-called Christian Right authoritarians that preach the prosperity gospel. And, their kids blindly worship the leaders.
