1. Mueller needs to do the following;

Activate the Grand Jury on a Saturday and then subpoena Trump to show up on Saturday under the solicitous desire not to impede Trump's work week. It would be a bonus to cost Trump a weekend trip to one of his properties to play golf.

The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them.

But there is not definitive meaning as to the clause (it would have to be clarified by a Supreme Court decision or
Congress).
