The Cohen indictment and the Trump subpoena.

Over the next couple of months Mueller is going to go through what they found in the Cohen raid. Cohen should be indicted within that time period. They are going to find a lot of shit about Trump.

By that time Trump will have made it clear whether he will talk to Mueller or not. Mueller will have to make a decision. Do I subpoena Trump or not? If Cohen turns Mueller may not need to talk to or subpoena Trump. If he does not turn Mueller may want to subpoena Trump.

I am not a lawyer, but I believe if mueller subpoenas Trump, Trump can no longer fire or pardon anybody because he will be officially part of the investigation.

I am hoping Mueller does subpoena Trump. Go all in, lay it all on the table. Yes , it could cause a constitutional crisis, so be it. I need to know if the American people, in general, still believe in the constitution and the rule of law. The subpoena of Trump will bring us closer to the end, what ever that may be.

If Mueller issued a statement that no interview or subpoena is necessary because he does not need to talk to tRump, we would see his supporters switch 180 degrees instantly and they would be demanding an interview on the public record (subject to lots of constraints) "so he can tell his side of the story".

Totally incorrect....a witness can be subject to subpoena. A subpoena doesn't negate a POTUS's Executive authority.

Jefferson, Nixon, Clinton....all subpoenaed....
