Sports Betting decision helps sanctuary cities logic

Lyle, the almost 100 year old Supreme Court reporter at the exceptionally wonderful scotusblog, who is often first and best with Supreme Court news, points out the tenth amendment logic of the Supremes sports betting ruling bolsters the rights of sanctuary cities and bolsters the rights of states to legalize marijuana.

The law is against trump and Sessions on Sanctuary City sanctions or withholding of funds. This ruling is consistent with these other court rulings
