Will there be an election in 2020???

If the Supremes change the method of building the census which will decide the next 10 yrs in the Electorial College.

Missouri Sen. Claire is not being pressed and opposition seem to not care as if it may not be an election.

IMO.

As can clearly be seen here. That is on top of the plagiarism.

You see a lot of things. I mean a lot.

Never fear, you are not alone.

Many of you have heard the conspiracy theory that Black Lives Matter and other paid thug protest groups will cause so much chaos in the streets that Obama will use it as an excuse to cancel the presidential election and remain president. I do not think that will happen.

Just like some Republicans claimed Obama was going to cancel elections or when some Democrats said the same about Bush, the worries are baseless.

Gotta retain the trappings, at least, even if the process is so corrupted as to be meaningless.

Further, the census will not affect the 2020 election in any way. The earliest it can possibly have an effect will be in 2022's mid-term elections.

Your conjecture is silly.

You know... one man, one vote, equal access to voting methods, all the votes are counted, not gerrymandered, etc.

Will it be different from past decades? Not much different.

That doesn't rise to the absurd claim the op is making.

These things are simply trotted out to make us look like fools.

I mean, there's always the chance that Trump goes completely nutso and declares himself Supreme Leader for Life, but I don't think the Supreme Court will have anything to do with that.

and they will be just as fair as the last one in Russia. Dear leader needs to be assured the entire population of the US voted for him.

What impacts will it have on 2020.

Your op makes no sense.

I'll help you.

In March 2021 the first data from Census 2020 will become available.

In the summer of 2020 Trump will present incontrovertible evidence of foreign tampering in the last election. He will announce indefinite suspension of future elections until we can guarantee tamper-proof elections.

Electors will duly meet and re-elect Trump for a second term.

The Supreme Court will rule, with the three new justices confirmed in 2019, Congress may not be seated as all Representative's terms have expired. They will approve executive orders as necessary for the duration of the emergency, in lieu of new laws.
