1. yes she's the DC judge, but the VA judge who previously reemed Mueller-- giving Trump ammo

has not yet ruled... (though unless he wants to be overturned on appeal, SHOULD rule similarly).

But, he has not yet ruled. A split decision would give Trump and RW plenty to crow about, even though I feel confident a contrary ruling would be eventually overturned.

I merely point out that this is not the same judge because I have seen several posts and tweets that apparently thought that it was...
