What is everybody's problem with the Huffington Post?

When I'm not here, I spend a lot of time over there and I haven't seen any huge issues? Granted, I spend most of it in "Canada" and "Gay Voices", but other than today's Freeper invasion, it seems fairly middle of the road.

Am I missing something?

The moderators now allow hard righties in and censor the left voices. It is no longer middle of the road. I have been reading it since 2006 and it is decidedly now more commercial and leaning rightward. I find myself coming to DU more and less to Huff Post. Plus Canada is different from the US because of their media laws. In the US you can be lied to and confused and no one will call them out. Huff Post lost it's way sadly.

fuck that! writing is a real job, you shouldn't get paid in "exposure" no matter what the editor says.

Also, people are upset that they cluelessly allow RW whack jobs to writing lies and emote for them. Don't they get it? That tarnishes the journalism!
