The problem isn't Dem messaging...tRump still sucks up all the O2

That's what I see when I watch the news. Every tweet, every time he spouts off, every tidbit of Mueller investigation news and everything associated with tRump and his minions suck up all the fucking oxygen. The Dems can barely get noticed.

The Dems aren't to blame this time around, IMO.

the ones that happened last week. Any one of these would be enough to sink a normal administration, but since no one really holds him accountable, they just keep adding up.

But you're right. The MSM really focuses on Comrade Stupid so much that they can't cover anyone else. The chairman of CBS said that Trump would be bad for the country but good for CBS.
