Giuliani: "The president will not lie." CNN, Chris Cuomo:

https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/2018/05/18/rudy-giuliani-intv-president-not-lie-perjury-trap-russia-investigation-newday.cnn

In an interview with Chris Cuomo today, Giuliani says that if he is interviewed by Mueller, that the President will not lie to Mueller. That is what Giuliani said this morning. This statement is getting reported all over the world.. Why do you suppose that might be true?...You mean that Giuliani is guaranteeing us that in a future discussion with Mueller, that Trump will not do the one thing that Trump always does. ??

No, I did not make this up. It is indeed at the link, and many other links if you google the subject..

I guess Giuliani is an "expert" on this subject..

It's all show. No substance. Trumpy could submit to an interview AT ANY TIME. He could do the interview tomorrow. He won't and he never will voluntarily submit to an interview, unless he gets into a psychotic frenzy in which he thinks that he can bullshit Mueller just because he can. I personally hope that he goes there, but he won't. He'll be subpoenaed, he'll contest the subpoena, the USSC will rule against him, and he'll have to testify under orders from the USSC. Then he'll resign before he'll have to testify in front of Mueller. But that won't be the end for him. The indictments will pile up after he leaves office. He'll have to surrender all of his profits that he accumulated due to emoluments and conflicts of interest violations, which includes the profits made on behalf of his children, who will also be indicted. But the time line from now until his financial demise might get interrupted by medical issues, like Alzheimers, heart disease, and a possible death. He's in his early 70s and he wrecked his body with stress and reckless living. If he dies before the Rule of Law overtakes him, we'll be worse off for not being able to exercise due process.
