How many more children have to die for Republicans to realize that they are committing genocide

and stop with the "more guns" bullshit? The second amendment was meant for it's day and today it means we need to protect our country. It does not mean to take up arms and destroy our way of government. It definitely does not mean that we must allow fascism to become our form of government. We fought a war against Nazis. I don't think the first amendment says that it's OK for your speech to supports a style of government that American blood was split to eliminate from the face of the earth.

Oh yeah. And Fuck the NRA!

That still won't be enough kids dying for politicians to do anymore than thoughts and prayers.

in stealing the reproductive rights of American women, we will have enough replacement children for the NRA to murder.

And if their own children got shot and killed so what, they have to protect that 2nd amendment right. Nothing will change with these gun nutzs.

and I suspect to most survivors and family members of survivors of genocide.

I also maintain a periodic dialogue with the folks at genocide watch. I can get you the reading in this whose entire function is to be vigilant for genocides or international lawyers familiar with the international statutes on genocide if you wish but I can tell you what the answer would be. This doesn’t remotely qualify as a genocide.

Again, continuing to call it such is deeply offensive to me as a son of a holocaust survivor.

would attack it sematically. You spotted it right off. We as a society need to get past all the ancillary arguments and get down to the point. Children are dying. Children. This is what they will remember for the rest of their lives. What a sad commentary for the future of our American society.

Genocide? Come on. Tell you what you find me stats on how many kids below 18 there are in the country and then find me the stat on total deaths in schools shootings since columbine. I will bend to you assertion that a genocide is occurring if you can show me even 1% of all kids are dying in school shootings.

racist telling another black teen, "Thanks for picking the cotton in this tee shirt". Racism. Fascism. Bigotry in our face. Allowed because we have an idiot supported by religious fascists who like to fuck their guns. The murdering of children because they are an easy target. Especially when a gun is readily available and you're pissed at your girlfriend, classmates or teachers.

What I am about to say is kinda mean, but I believe this is honest and truthful. The laws would be changed in an instant...........
...if all the people who are killed and injured at this school were children of the Republican congressmen and women. If those in the last shooting were the children of Republican congressmen and women..the laws would already be in the process of being passed. If these were also their children, then there would be very quick passage in both houses. Probably the strongest laws imaginable....

But Republicans don't give a shit..have never cared, and will never care...unless they personally are affected..
Tough to say, but it is the truth....
