If it is a battle between good and evil...

...then I am 100% sure that their side is evil.

That does not mean that our side is perfect .

It means our side does not have to rely on lies and deceit to maintain support of our followers.

Truth and honesty are not on the side of evil . We recognize our faults and weaknesses .

Personally, this gives me some consolation during times like these .

most of the right wingers I know. Most of them claim to live by Christian principles, but it doesn't show much in how they treat people who need help for food, housing or medical care. Most of them consider the money they drop in the collection plate as a charitable gift and see taxes as legal extortion by the government.
