Trump to meet top Justice, intelligence leaders -official

U.S. President Donald Trump will meet on Monday with Justice Department and intelligence officials to discuss his order to look into whether his 2016 presidential campaign was infiltrated or surveilled under the Obama administration, a White House official told Reuters.

Trump will meet at 3 p.m. (1900 GMT) with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coates, the official said.

I tend to think career law enforcement, prosecutors and the intelligence community aren't going to take kindly to Drumpf's attempted bullying.

...how justice, law enforcement, etc works. FBI commonly has informers embedded to get info on criminal or suspected criminal activities. Example, FBI informants may be ‘members’ of child porn websites in order to catch Americans who utilize them. When they suspect criminal behavior by or involving Americans, they often do this to catch them.

It’s part of law enforcement. Drumpf is extremely ignorant — if his campaign was working with a foreign power or accepting their money to help him “win” - that’s breaking the goddamned law. I’d be surprised if FBI was NOT watching him.

*resident BrainDead McEvil ought to talk to George Papadopoulos - it was his bragging about how Russia was helping him that started the FBI investigation.

My understanding of FBI was that they do not ‘work for’ Democrats or Republicans — or Obama or Trump - but rather the United States and the laws therein. But I suppose *resident BrainDead McEvil, with his 6-year-old mentality, can’t grasp that.

His ignorance and criminality are astounding. Like most criminals, he hates law enforcement, no matter why or how they’re doing their job - it’s the fact that they ARE doing it that bothers him.
