Michael Cohen's Business Partner Agrees to Cooperate as Part of Plea Deal
A significant business partner of Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s personal lawyer, has quietly agreed to cooperate with the government as a potential witness, a development that could be used as leverage to pressure Mr. Cohen to work with the special counsel examining Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
Under the agreement, the partner, Evgeny A. Freidman, a Russian immigrant who is known as the Taxi King, will avoid jail time, and will assist government prosecutors in state or federal investigations, according to a person briefed on the matter.

just heard Avenatti on phone w MSNBC. Said Cohen better be very aware. If Guiliani is to be believed that Mueller has told him, [which MA admits ghouli is a not reliable source], that the President cannot be indicted, - then 'Cohen could be an island.' That is all sorts of criminal charges could fall on Cohen, w huge financial penalties and jail time. MA then went on to say that MA is confident that Cohen will flip soon. Love the way Avenetti punches Trump in the nose every day! 
Also, it would seem to me that given the high probability that Manafort is expected to flip, [can't believe Manafort lawyers thought they could beat Mueller team with a statute of limitations big bet
