What would this Congress do if Barrack Obama had met with foreign intelligence officers, or Heads of State during his Presidential Campaign to strategize about how to defeat John McCain? or Mitt Romney?
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama decided to use tweets to denigrate his perceived enemies, attack the Press, and to insult anyone he felt like.
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama decided he didn't want to come into the office at 9:00a.m. and decided instead to spend the first three hours of his day up in his family quarters watching Fox and Friends and getting his talking points, and then come into the office pissed off about some lie he saw on TV.
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama had appointed Michelle Obama as his Attorney General?
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama refused to read his Presidential Daily Briefings? Asked them to cut them down to size; first to a couple of pages, then to a few paragraphs, then to just maybe a few sentences? And finally asked them to use Pictures instead of bigly words?
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama had refused to cooperate with the White House Ethics Director until the Director finally quit?
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama was spending most weekends at his own private estate in Florida, costing millions of unbudgeted dollars to the federal government for extra secret service agents for securing the large estate, plus agent's paying the president's estate for their own accommodations and food at resort prices, transportation of secure vehicles, with no consideration of the additional expense to the Budget and taxpayers? and charging the Secret Service thousands of dollars of rental fees to rent the estate's golf carts, to follow him around on the course?
What would this Congress have done if the National Security Adviser told Barrack Obama that his cell phone was not a secure phone line and Barrack Obama wanted to keep using his own personal cell phone, because it would be too much trouble to switch over, putting himself, staff, and state secrets at risk?
What would this Congress have done if Michelle Obama met with the Russians to discuss establishing a back channel communication route to Russia?
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama took money for personal construction projects from foreign leaders or Heads of States?
What would the Congress have done if Barrack Obama was picking fights with private sector real Billionaires who owned big businesses just because they were making billions of dollars and he wasn't? What if he threatened to make the Post Office General double their shipping rates, just because he wanted to?
What would this Congress have done if Michelle Obama wanted to keep her job as an Attorney, and charge people $400,000 for access to the President, after all, she knows him better than anyone?
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama had made over 3,000 false statements in public speeches in his first year in office?
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama had said that John McCain was not a war hero? and that he liked people who didn't get captured?

What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama's Mother-in-Law had offered U.S. business owners and foreign Heads of State, access to the President in exchange for $400,000?
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama had offered White House jobs to Michelle's Mother, Michelle's Brother, his Brother's Wife, etc? What if he offered them those jobs in spite of them failing to pass a security backfground investigation? in spite of their failure to disclose contact with foreign nationals and contacts during the campaign? since taking office?
What would this Congress have done if Barrack Obama and/or members of his campaign had secret meeting in the Seychelles Islands with the Head of Blackwater to strategize about how foreign nationals would help them win the White House over John McCain, by stealing campaign data from the RNC, and using fake ads in Facebook to demoralize Republican Voters?
