Has anyone heard from Syringis?

I tried to send her an IM asking if she was ok and still have not heard back. Just wondering if anyone else has heard from her. I'm a bit worried and hoping she is alright.

If it was possible for someone to do the the research, they would discover her five hides were were riotous rips at trolls who have been since been tombstoned; unfortunately the 'New and Improved' jury system has its flaws.

She was a kick in the pants, but today's DU is what it is.

It was pretty blatantly a violation. IIRC, it was a direct attack against another poster of fairly good and long-time standing, far longer than either she or I have been here, and I'm almost positive "Oh my god FUCK YOU DONE" was the ending of it.

She may have been a valuable contributor, but she had a nasty habit of personal attacks that resulted in a not-insignificant amount of her hides. I won't say she was asking for an FFR, but she certainly didn't try to avoid one.

From reading your thread.. you seem to know more about her.. that's cool. She's a sweetheart. I did catch that whole thing where she had pneumonia and then she was back. I didn't remember seeing her before.

I'm in Belgium now, but she's down in the Charleroi area, and I'm in Brussels for a day. Belgium is small, but our paths have yet to cross. She may just be on vacation, though, but you can't know that. My wife's mom had to be hospitalized from one minute to the next last week, and if no one knew it, to them, she would have vanished from the face of the earth.

Perhaps you could see if anything had happened to someone with her name in Charleroi. It's not that big an area, is it? She and her husband are attorneys. She was having some health problems which is why I am so worried. It's been about three weeks, a very long time for vacation and not the normal time of year for Europeans to take holiday.

No wonder I didn't know about her until 2018. I was gone from July to December 2017.
