It seems that Congressman Devin Nunes has been obstructing justice right out in the open. It started with that idiotic "midnight run" to the White House last year. And the House oversight committee that he chairs has done everything possible to shield Trump.
None of us knows whether or not he's a subject of Mueller's investigation regarding obstruction of justice.
So, if there are any lawyers out there, could Nunes be indicted for obstruction of justice?

(146,288 posts)beating Nunes in his California district. He can be beaten, but it's going to take campaign funding and a massive GOTV effort. The best way to deal with him will be to toss him out of office and replace him with a Democrat - any Democrat!

(10,252 posts)Assuming that he gets re-elected, and the Dems take the House. He could be hauled before the Ethics Committee and subsequently expelled from the House.
