4. That's the worst of it. "Happy" isn't appropriate - but

we don't seem to have a good word to commemorate a solemn occasion. What's really disgusting is that (as usual) he made it about himself. He didn't acknowledge either the sacrifices of the soldiers or the solemnity of the day. He just bragged about his accomplishments, which really weren't even his doing. I wonder if he's ever been treated for a rotator cuff injury from twisting his shoulder around to pat himself on the back?
