He has only one term. Two years is not enough to qualify even for a minimum pension. No healthcare either.

You have a staff to keep you upright, you don't have to operate any heavy equipment. About the only thing you have to do is drink and raise money.
Wouldn't it be safer to keep him drunk and in Congress, instead of him returning to a life where he might have to be responsible for something?
