Gritens vs. Trump

Ok I live in Illinois across from Missouri. I know and hear the arguments everyday about Gritens, now he's resigning. It got me thinking and that thinking brought me to the conclusion that we should stop talking and thinking impeachment and start talking resignaton. I am more than sure many smart people have already figured this out and are working on that basis. What do you think?

I believe the reason Nixon chose to resign rather than face impeachment is because Ford and the senior Republicans who intervened with him agreed that he would immediately be pardoned so that he would never face prosecution.
