this was something from The Onion, Borowitz etc. When I found out this was TRUE I was positively appalled. 
The old line, "a clean desk is the sign of a sick mind" came to mind. Then I got a look at Trump's fake, leering "smile". Could he look any more phony?
That's what most of the sane people in this country look like when they think about YOU, Donnie Boy! 
Once, in this beautiful, highly symbolic office, men of good will, were sat behind this sublime desk.
For most of them, they have worked with due respect to the institutions and with the desire to make their fellow citizens' lives better.
Each one of them, without exception, from the worst to the best, are turning in their graves, witnessing to what extent the dignity and credibility of which this place has long been synonymous, were trampled !
The current occupier, illegitimate and stupid, turned it in an absolute casserole of nonsense !

OMG - I just got that little hand as I replied to this post. 
klan pin or something sticking out of his chest pocket, the rolled up Forbes magazine, the bone spurs carved into the front of the desk, the hand grabbing the "botanical" bush on his desk and all the empty McDonald's bags on the floor. Also, there appears to be a raccoon humping a dog out on the lawn, although I am not quite sure what that is about.
