Despite Saddam's cruelties, America caused an additional million Iraqis to lose their lives.
It's at least an arguable point.
My interpretation is, Iraqis are as fond of Saddam's deadly reign, as we are of Bush's.

other major cities in Iraq of late, and asking a question.
It's the whole "liberty for security" argument, in essence.
