That's what I want for President Obama today.

Spend quality time with the family, get some rest, have some fun, maybe eat a few tasty things Michelle would frown on (it's all about moderation), and continue the rope-a-dope with Romney and his taxes so that he just stays in "defense" mode. Store up every bit of energy you have so that when it's time for the debates you just FUCK this guy UP. Make the Kennedy / Nixon debates look lightweight in comparison. You're no longer the hope & change guy from 2008. Some people have lost faith in your ability to be that guy. Others are stil hanging in there with you. You want this, you're going to have to fight for it...Chicago style.

debate footage. He looks like a total nutcase when certain buttons are pushed because he is so anal. when his button is pushed his voice pitch rises, his body stiffens, and he sounds like a whiny little brat -- very un-presidential

That's his reaction to EVERYTHING. "How DARE you ask me that?"

Ann Romney may feel that she's given enough to "you people."

Mitt's not going to be able to play that card at the debates. It's blindingly obvious that he will come prepared to attack "Obama's record," and he's already telegraphed every punch. He's got a bunch of damning sound bites (like letting Detroit fail and enjoying firing people). Off script, Mitt is helpless, and he's going to be nose-to-nose with a guy who does very well off script.
