Ask her to cite, chapter and code, what specifically those laws are. Are they state of federal? Have her cite an actual incident in which this happened. I'm sure the response will be crickets. Also, not sure why the mother would be arrested but the father would somehow get the girl if he wasn't away on business.

And if she is saying this *could* happen, we also could imagine a variety of scenarios. Picture this: A teach discovers a student lives in the home with two same-sex parents. She must notify the principal as required by law. Both parents are arrested because homosexuality is illegal and the child is put into a "Christian" home in which the father does not spare the rod for fear of spoiling the child.

That is MY nightmare if these Christo-fascists gain full control.
