In Florida, Black and Latino voters made up 57% of those who voted early on the last Sunday before Election Day in 2008. Florida and Texas have also practically outlawed voter registration drives that often work to increase participation in oppressed communities.

It's got nothing to do with the military and everything to do with suppressing the minority vote.

plain and simple. It is voter suppression, but hey, if they allow the military to vote then, that's patriotic. That's OK.
