I've seen that frequently on Claude Taylor's Twitter page. He keeps track of that stuff. Including an almost irresistable mug shot with said Congressman after one of his multiple DUI busts, wearing what looks like an orange jumpsuit. Not sure if that's been photoshopped or not, though.
