Give tax breaks to the super rich, they put that money into accounts in the Caymans, Bermuda, and Switzerland, and that creates jobs right here in the United States.
What's so hard to understand about that?

to give to the rich for them to create one job?

The answer to EVERY problem with this crowd is to cut taxes for the rich. It's a broken record. In fact, that's what they are running on, a broken record!
