Could Harry Reid's infamous source be Matt Romney, son of Mitt Romney?
Just thinking about it, remember these points:
- Romney was fond of "gleefully" shoving his sons' faces into butter
From: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/mitt-romney/9347495/US-election-2012-Mitt-Romney-pushed-sons-faces-into-plates-of-butter.html
A son doesn't forget this kind of treatment.
Furthermore, Romney did that to one of his grandsons (from the same source):
If my Dad did that to one of my sons, I'd be pissed. Could it have been Matt's son? Matt has three children, one son, two daughters
- Matt did not want his Dad running for office again
From the same article above:
Matt Romney said: "I was really reluctant. I didn't want him to do it. I tried to convince him not to. I think there were a few of us who tried that. I just felt like, for us as a family, this isn't the best thing.
- Matt is one of two sons involved in capital investments
From: http://www.buzzfeed.com/jpmoore/the-romney-sons-a-guide
Matt is "Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Excel Trust, Inc"
- Matt pranked his Dad pretty hard with the Schwarzeneggar call
And his Dad was not very happy about it.

- Matt said "Obama is great"

- Matt may be upset with his Dad not releasing his returns

After being embarrassed with the birther joke in NH, he said this about his dad: "He'll do everything he needs to," said Matt Romney. "He's certainly not afraid of anything."
Perhaps Matt feels he's doing what his Dad needs a little outside courage...

(3,508 posts)Absolutely true story. We thought they were just really quirky, but maybe there is some weird Mormon thing about M names, strange. Or some really weird coincidence. I can't wait to tell my mom!

(13,776 posts)Good lord, what an angry person. And yes, of course he did that as a "joke," but who DOES something like that without hidden anger at the person they're pranking?

(6,008 posts)I just think that he's a d-bag that doesn't care about anyone but himself and his own well being, amusement, and ambitions.
He'll throw anyone and anything under the bus if it will do him good, or give him a laugh.
When people talk about sociopathic personalities being tailor made for buisness success in todays corporate climate, they're talking about Mitt Romney.

(36,827 posts)I can probably count on one hand the number of times I remember my dad so much as raising his voice. He wasn't angry about anyone or anything.
I play pranks on my kids and they prank me right back. It's all good.

(36,827 posts)While I can't buy that playing a prank on your kid = anger issues, I'm pretty sure passive aggressiveness fits that bill.
I bet you didn't realize how much you'd revealed about yourself.
Just sayin'
