Voter Disenfranchisement - Vote Suppression.......

Watching all the shenanigans going on in the states with Repug governors is making me sick - the crap that is going on in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida. How could anyone that is an American (even if they vote Repug) be ok with this? How could the military and veterans that fight and have fought in wars so that Americans have the freedom and the rights and the right to vote - go along with this? I just don't understand it - that any American would tolerate voter disenfranchisement and vote suppression.

And it seems like we all know that this is going on. The Dems know - yet they don't seem to be outraged by it to the point of trying to stop it.

I'm wondering if the shoe was on the other foot and the Dems were pulling this crap - how would the Repugs handle it? What would they do to shout out to voters that this was going on. What would they do to stop it?

You got to think that the Repugs would grab the bull by the horns and make a big issue out of this to prevent it from happening in the first place and to stop it should it get to the stage we are in right now.

Maybe if the Dems would project as to how the Repugs would take on this issue if the shoe were on the other foot - they would get a clue as to how to deal with the situation as it stands now.

It would be a dirty shame and a crime if Obama loses and Rmoney wins in Nov - because the Repugs were successful in taking out a sufficient number of Dem voters to give Rmoney the win.

Where's the outrage?

and there are lawsuits and other actions being taken against what the repugs are doing.

repugs wouldn't put up with it, and Dems must fight HARD.

my little cousin, who was adopted from Romania many years ago, cannot get a license. They have made it difficult for her to because they timed it so, that she has to wait months to get proof from Romanian records (even though she has every other piece of paper possible). I suspect this is part of the "Plan" to also discourage voters.
