I have to admit, the Huntsman candidacy for President never made much sense to me. When it began I thought: wait, this guy served in the Obama Administration and now wants to run against him? And I didn't really get any further than that. Maybe, though, it was simply Himalayan-sized political ambition. According to very credible sources, Huntsman has accepted a speaking slot at the Democrat convention in Charlotte next month.

8. There was a post and comments over on Kos yesterday

that indicated that there is not a lot of love lost between the Huntsman clan and Mittwit despite Huntsman Sr having supported Romney in '08. Methinks there is something akin to a blood feud here. Clearly Huntsman Jr cannot stand the sight or thought or Mittens judging by the Repig debates.

A sane Repig party (I posit an impossibility) would have made Huntsman their nominee. He would have been a formidable opponent.

9. Not only did he serve Obama, he wrote love letters to Obama, too! I don't trust the guy because he

changed his tune completely when running for president.
